Speciality Restaurants Ltd is one of India’s leading hospitality brands with a strong portfolio of award-winning restaurant concepts. We are now embarking on an ambitious Pan-India expansion of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Division, currently operational in Mumbai, launching shortly in Pune, and set to roll out across major cities nationwide.

Role Overview:

As the CEO – QSR Division, you will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of our QSR vertical. This is a strategic leadership role requiring vision, agility, and deep industry expertise. You will be entrusted with building the brand into a formidable national presence, while upholding the values and standards of Speciality Restaurants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the QSR division’s expansion plan across India.

• Oversee brand positioning, product innovation, and menu development in line with market trends and customer preferences.

• Build and lead a high-performing team across operations, marketing, supply chain, and finance.

• Ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and ROI through effective P&L management.

• Foster partnerships with vendors, real estate developers, franchisees (if applicable), and other stakeholders.

• Champion customer experience initiatives and maintain superior service quality across all outlets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the QSR space.

• Report directly to the Board / Managing Director of Speciality Restaurants Ltd.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 15–20 years in the QSR / Food & Beverage industry, with at least the last 2–3 years in a senior management position overseeing multiple outlets or regions.

• Proven track record of scaling QSR operations, preferably on a national level.

• Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in P&L, budgeting, and business strategy.

• Excellent leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Strong understanding of Pan-India QSR market dynamics, consumer behavior, and operational challenges.
