As a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at our rapidly growing FinTech company specializing in online gold and silver sales, your role will be crucial in leading and optimizing our end-to-end operations. You will have the opportunity to revolutionize the way consumers buy and invest in precious metals through our secure, transparent, and tech-driven platform. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee daily operations for online gold and silver sales, including order processing, inventory management, packaging, and dispatch - Establish and streamline end-to-end Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for secure and tech-enabled bullion transactions - Coordinate with vaulting partners, logistics providers, and precious metals suppliers to ensure timely and secure deliveries - Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and financial compliance (SEBI, BIS, KYC/AML, etc.) - Work closely with tech and product teams to maintain platform stability, real-time pricing feeds, and enhance customer journeys - Implement robust controls for risk management, fraud prevention, and customer dispute resolution - Build and oversee the customer service function to ensure a trustworthy and seamless buying experience - Monitor key metrics such as order volume, delivery time, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency, and report performance to the leadership - Partner with the CEO to translate business strategy into operational plans and scaling roadmaps - Lead cross-functional teams, drive process automation, and optimize vendor relationships **Key Requirements:** - 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce, preferably within FinTech, bullion, or regulated industries - Strong exposure to customer-centric digital platforms and secure supply chains - Knowledge of secure logistics and storage solutions for precious metals (e.g., Sequel, Brinks, etc.) - Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Order Management System (OMS), and reporting tools - Proven ability to manage regulatory requirements and implement risk controls - Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills - MBA or equivalent degree preferred In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the growth and success of our FinTech company, shaping the future of online gold and silver sales.
