This is a full-time on-site role for the Chief Operating Officer (COO), based in Rajkot. The COO will manage daily operations, develop and execute business plans, oversee financial activities, and ensure efficient business processes. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the operational team, developing strategic plans to improve productivity and efficiency, and managing budgets and financial forecasts.

Strong Business Planning and Operations Management skills
Excellent Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge & Also about Stock broking compliances
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proven experience in senior management
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Professional degree holders will be preferred
