Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Aster DM Healthcare. The COO will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and implementation of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include managing healthcare services across facilities, optimizing operational processes, leading senior management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services. The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and rigorous adherence to best practices in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Proven experience in improving operational efficiency in healthcare settings
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration or a related field
• Relevant certifications in healthcare management and compliance are a plus
