Job Title: Chief of Staff Location: Bangalore Reports to: Co-Founder & CBO About the Role We’re hiring for a dynamic, cross-functional Business Generalist role that works directly with our Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer. If you're excited by growth, sales, and strategy—and love driving high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment—this is the role for you. This is not your average business job. You’ll be wearing multiple hats—unlocking new market opportunities, launching and scaling growth channels, supporting sales & customer success, and enabling smarter revenue operations. It’s hands-on, strategic, and constantly evolving. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with teams to improve revenue outcomes—this includes optimizing pitch strategies, refining pricing/packaging, and tailoring demos for different customer segments. Build internal processes that streamline sales tracking, forecasting, and overall revenue planning. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure sales closures. Take ownership of new market entry strategies for new Domestic & international markets. Launch and manage new growth channels like strategic partnerships and industry events. Support the CBO on key initiatives and special strategic projects. Jump in wherever needed—this is a high-agency role that evolves with the business. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience working in an early-stage startup, ideally across business or sales. A strong bias for action—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and minimal structure. A natural problem solver with high ownership, adaptability, and curiosity. Experience in a services industry is a plus—it helps if you understand how client-driven businesses operate.
