We’re Hiring: Freelance UI/UX Designers (Individuals or Small Agencies) Location: Remote | Engagement: Project-based At Thence , we’re building a network of skilled UI/UX designers to collaborate with us on exciting product design projects. We’re open to both independent freelancers and small design agencies with a strong portfolio. Who we’re looking for: Proven expertise in UI/UX design with a user-first approach Strong Figma skills (mandatory) Ability to turn briefs into clean, modern, and scalable design solutions Comfortable working on short- to mid-duration projects (2–8 weeks) Strong communication and timely delivery Bonus if you have: Experience designing SaaS, B2B, or consumer digital products Ability to collaborate directly with cross-functional teams (PMs, Devs, Researchers) About Thence: Thence is a digital product strategy and design firm that helps businesses build meaningful, user-centric digital experiences.
