Chief of Staff- Product Management

Roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a candidate who can work with product leadership as an advisor, thought leader and execution partner to deliver on long term and short term business goals. Enable product function to amplify their impact across the org and drive product excellence across our product org.

The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a senior IC role with high degree of cross functional influence which may lead to a people leadership in the future.

• Strategic Partner & Advisor:

• Be a trusted thought partner to the product leadership on critical strategic initiatives, organizational development, and key business decisions.
• Work with research, design, analytics and product managers to deep dive into specific areas required for product leadership.
• Meet external ecosystem partners and drive strategic partnerships along with internal teams on key initiatives
• Prepare and present executive-level communications, including presentations for board meetings, leadership forums, and all-hands.

• Operational Excellence & Execution:

• Drive the quarterly product planning process, OKR definition, and ensure alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales).
• Oversee and track progress on key strategic initiatives and projects, identifying and mitigating risks and ensure quality and velocity are part of the execution culture.
• Own critical cross functional projects aligned to organizational priorities. Eg. Customer Experience, AI, Compliance, etc

• Organizational Enablement:

• Support initiatives related to product team talent development, onboarding, and fostering a strong product culture.
• Identify and address organizational inefficiencies or gaps within the product function.

Preferred Skills and Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA) highly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in roles such as Product Management, Strategy, Management Consulting, or a similar Chief of Staff role within a high-growth technology company. Fintech or Payments experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working closely with senior executives and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in a product-led organization, ideally with a technical product suite.
• As a high agency individual, should have the ability to wear multiple hats as a strategic thinker, hands on executor and operator
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
