🚀 What You'll Do as Our CMO

You’ll be responsible for:

• Positioning the agency as a thought leader in B2B growth, revenue marketing, and GTM strategies
• Designing and owning internal marketing strategies to attract new clients and talent
• Leading client-facing strategy for demand gen, lead gen, ABM, SEO, and performance marketing
• Building and scaling a revenue marketing engine for both agency and clients
• Bringing in the latest tools, trends, and frameworks from funnel design to automation
• Hiring, mentoring, and managing a small but growing team of marketers and specialists
• Owning the agency’s brand voice across all touchpoints (LinkedIn, email, website, etc.)
• Working closely with the Founder and Sales teams to align marketing with revenue goals

✅ What You Bring

• Generous amount of experience in B2B marketing, with leadership or strategy role
• Proven experience in agency or consulting environments
• Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, ICP crafting, and funnel strategy
• Strong grip on SEO, website strategy, performance marketing, and social media
• Hands-on knowledge of tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Apollo, Google Analytics, etc.
• Stellar communication and leadership skills, you can talk to a CEO, client, or copywriter with ease
• A learning mindset: you're always upgrading your knowledge and driving innovation
