Job Description

As a Human Resources Business Partner for non-flying functions, your role is crucial in strategically leading HR initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of people processes throughout the complete employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit for the designated cohort, ensuring consistent execution of HR processes. - Acting as the pulse-keeper of the organization, implementing robust listening mechanisms, and leveraging feedback to drive continuous improvement in employee experience. - Executing core HR functions such as Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Engagement initiatives with precision. - Handling employee grievances with empathy, fostering strong employee connections, and ensuring compliance with disciplinary protocols. - Collaborating closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver integrated people solutions. - Utilizing data and insights to guide HR decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. - Executing people strategies tailored to the non-flying employee cohort, focusing on performance enablement, capability building, leadership development, and succession planning. - Serving as a custodian of the Employee Value Proposition to reinforce the organization's commitment to its people. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA/PGDM from a top-tier HR or related discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IIMs, XLRI, TISS, MDI, etc.) - Minimum 14+ years of experience and expertise in HR Business partnering roles.,
