Chief Human Resources Officer

The Resource Officer plays a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of human resources and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will be responsible for conducting interviews and employee evaluations, managing workers" compensation claims and processes, developing and implementing strategic planning for human resources, utilizing Dayforce or similar HR software for administrative tasks, staying updated on employment labor laws, OSHA regulations, and industry standards, as well as collecting and analyzing data related to HR metrics. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in interviewing techniques and employee evaluation methods, have experience in managing workers" compensation procedures, and possess the ability to engage in strategic planning for human resources.
