Job Description

Lead HR across corporate and manufacturing units. Drive HR strategy, culture integration, senior hiring, labour law compliance, industrial relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compensation in a promoter-led setup.

Required Candidate profile

MBA/PG in HR with 12–18 years of experience, including 5+ years in senior HR leadership in pharma or medical device manufacturing, with strong expertise in Indian labour laws and union handling.
