Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). The CHRO will oversee the HR department, ensuring the implementation of HR policies, managing employee relations, and supervising talent and performance management. Responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, development and implementation of HR initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment aligned with the institution's goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) management and HR policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Talent Management
• Proficiency in Performance Management
• Proven leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the education sector is an advantage
