Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the organization’s financial planning, analyze financial risks, and drive strategies to ensure financial stability and growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and implementing strategic financial initiatives. Additionally, the CFO will collaborate with other executive leaders to align the company’s financial goals with long-term business objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance to design and execute sound financial strategies.
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial risks, trends, and opportunities effectively.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, innovative industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector and understanding of its financial dynamics is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
