Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our client's diversified company operating in the Consumer Electronics, IT Infrastructure, and Value-Added Services sectors, based out of the corporate office in Coimbatore, your primary role will involve overseeing the financial operations to shape the company's financial strategy and ensure fiscal health. You will collaborate with the executive team to define long-term objectives and policies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy, focusing on long-term planning, risk assessment, and investment evaluation for business growth. - Supervise the preparation and distribution of financial statements, communicate key financial information to stakeholders, and manage relationships with auditors. - Oversee fundraising efforts, optimize capital costs, maintain liquidity ratios, and engage with financial institutions for necessary funding. - Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financial activities, including tax obligations. - Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and lead internal audit teams for effective inventory management. - Create IT strategies supporting business objectives, drive automation initiatives, and develop effective supply chain strategies. - Guide the Finance, IT, Audit, and Supply Chain teams, promote professional development, and participate in executive-level decision-making. Educational Requirements: - CA or MBA in Finance with 15-20 years of relevant experience. - Extensive experience in senior financial management roles. - Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software. - Experience across various financial functions is a plus.,
