Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Bengaluru. The CFO will oversee and manage all financial operations of the organization. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, monitoring budgets, analyzing data for financial decision-making, and providing leadership for the financial management team. The CFO will play a key role in shaping the financial direction and sustainability of the organization while aligning with its mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
• Effective leadership and teamwork abilities within a financial management context
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, MBA) are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
