As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at our client's diversified company operating in the Consumer Electronics, IT Infrastructure, and Value-Added Services sectors, your primary responsibility will be overseeing the financial operations to shape the financial strategy and ensure fiscal health. Based out of the corporate office in Coimbatore, you will collaborate with the executive team to define long-term objectives and policies. Your key responsibilities will include leading budgeting, forecasting, and auditing processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. You will develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy, focusing on long-term planning, risk assessment, and investment evaluation to support business growth. Additionally, you will supervise the preparation and distribution of financial statements, ensuring timely communication of key financial information to stakeholders and managing relationships with auditors. In terms of capital management, you will oversee fundraising efforts by engaging with financial institutions, optimizing capital costs, and maintaining liquidity ratios. Regulatory compliance is crucial, and you will ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to financial activities, including tax obligations. Continuous evaluation and enhancement of financial processes will be essential to align with business growth and changing market conditions, strengthening internal controls to mitigate risks. Your role will also involve leading internal audit teams to ensure compliance with company policies and effective inventory management. You will create IT strategies that support business objectives, ensuring robust systems are in place for seamless operations and driving automation initiatives. Developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies, managing purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, and distribution processes will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will guide the Finance, IT, Audit, and Supply Chain teams, promoting professional development and participating in executive-level decision-making. To qualify for this role, you should hold a CA or MBA in Finance with 15-20 years of relevant experience in senior financial management roles. Proficiency in MS Office and financial management software is required, and experience across various financial functions is a plus.,
