Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define and execute growth strategies.
Oversee accounting, compliance, treasury, taxation, and reporting functions in alignment with global standards.
Ensure effective governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance across operations.
Lead capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations efforts.
Provide actionable insights and financial intelligence to drive business decisions and operational excellence.
Mentor, build, and lead a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 +years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role.
Proven track record in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and compliance.
Experience in global operations, M&A, and scaling finance functions.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment.
