Role Description

This is for CFO position for our Group Company Trinity Steel. Work location is our head office in Nungambakkam, Chennai. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, financial statements preparation, and financial reporting. The role involves analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance, developing financial strategies, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. The CFO will also be responsible for leading the finance team and collaborating with other departments to achieve the company's financial goals.

• Experience in preparing and managing Financial Statements
• Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial managerial position
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certifications like CA or CPA or CMA are a plus
