Job Description:

Calltawk Solutions LLC-FZ is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in financial management, strategic planning, and leadership, with the ability to drive the company’s financial performance and support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support key business decisions.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Manage investor relations, audits, tax planning, and regulatory filings.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting teams.
• Assess and mitigate financial risks; manage company capital and funding.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on company-wide strategy, expansion, and cost optimization.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance, with at least 3–5 years in a CFO or similar senior finance role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional qualifications like CA, CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance will be preferred.
• Must be based in Kolkata or willing to relocate.
