As a Chief Financial Officer at our company in Hyderabad, you will play a crucial role in leading our financial operations. With your 15-20 years of experience and expertise in finance, you will be pivotal in scaling our financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic financial plans, managing investor relations, overseeing export and import finance management, leading merger and acquisition initiatives, raising debt and equity, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and driving growth through operational improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and governance frameworks - Manage investor relations, including financial communications, stakeholder management, and analyst relations - Oversee export and import finance management, including trade finance and cash management - Lead merger and acquisition (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence and integration - Raise debt, equity, and strategic investments to support business growth - Ensure compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory frameworks - Drive growth through strategic financial initiatives and operational improvements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as CFO or Group CFO in a manufacturing organization with a minimum of 7-8 operational plants - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) & SAP mandatory - Good exposure in the manufacturing industry - Strong exposure to M&A, investor relations, export and import finance management, and fundraising - Proven track record of scaling financial operations in a listed manufacturing setup - Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to drive growth through strategic financial initiatives Join us and be a part of a dynamic team where your financial expertise will make a significant impact on our business growth.
