Role Overview: As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a crucial role in leading the financial strategy, operational management, and compliance efforts of the company. This strategic leadership position reports directly to senior management, requiring a visionary approach to drive business growth and success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with growth objectives, overseeing financial planning and budgeting. - Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, cash flow reports, and profit and loss accounts. - Manage cash flow, capital requirements, and funding strategies, ensuring timely collection of receivables. - Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, manage audits, and maintain relationships with banks and regulatory bodies. - Lead a high-performing finance and accounts team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement. Qualification Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) qualification. - 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or production. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or Masters in Finance preferred. - Expertise in financial software, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and financial modeling tools.
