.The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be the visionary and operational leader responsible for building, scaling, and institutionalizing a pioneering land aggregation and disposition platform in Tamil Nadu

Role & responsibilities

• 12-20 years of

  real estate/infrastructure

  experience with leadership roles
• Prior experience with top-tier

  corporates or

  institutions, PE-backed platforms

• Well-educated

  : MBA / LLB / CA / Civil Engineering / Urban Planning from Tier-1 institutions
• Strong

  transactional

  background

   land acquisition, deal structuring, compliance
• Familiar with

  Tamil

  Nadu real estate landscape

  or ability to ramp up quickly

• Define and implement the long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy of the company.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential geographies and business lines (e.g., land aggregation, development, investment brokerage).
• Oversee daily operations across acquisitions, development, sales, leasing, legal, and asset management
• Take full P&L ownership of the company; develop budgets, forecasts, and capital allocation strategies.
• Engage with banks, NBFCs, family offices, and institutional investors for funding and financial structuring.
• Position the company as the preferred partner for developers, industrial players, and institutional investors.
• Build strong relationships with landowners, IPCs (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank), and government agencies.
• Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements at local and national levels.
• Create a legacy organization respected for ethics, efficiency, and regional impact.

• Preferred

• Age preferrence between 40-50

• Advocate

  legal background

  understanding of land/title laws • Experience in

  land acquisition

  in industrial/RE/infra corridors
• Worked in or with

  Institutional

  Property Consultants (IPCs)

• Connections with

  state

  and local government

  authorities for approvals & compliance
• Exposure to

  Private

  Equity

  environments, investor relations, and fundraising
