Chief Executive Officer

Job Purpose:

To oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and quality healthcare delivery, regulatory compliance, optimal use of resources, and a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Oversee processes in all departments of the hospital.

2.    Suggest modifications in the existing processes as and when needed.

3.    Guide the HR, Quality, Admin, and other departments in enhancing the efficiency of operations.

4.    Ensure that all accreditation standards are being followed.

5.    Be responsible for the seamless execution of NABH and JCI accreditation processes.

6.    Be responsible for legal and statutory compliance.

7.    Spearhead the expansion plans of the organization.

8.    Facilitate the academic courses that are run by the hospital.

9.    Facilitate the research courses that are run by the hospital.

10. Represent the hospital in all external activities.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Familiar with NABH, JCI, and government healthcare norms.
