Role Description

This is a full-time remote Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role. The CEO will be responsible for driving the overall strategic vision, overseeing financial planning, managing business operations, leading sales initiatives, and developing long-term business strategies. The CEO will collaborate with key stakeholders to grow Gnixar's presence in the tech industry and ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the role requires managing external partnerships and ensuring alignment between company goals and market demands.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to ensure effective resource allocation and smooth operational processes
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies
• Strong background in Sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth and build client relationships
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience in the education technology or upskilling industry is highly desirable
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred
