Job Description: Blockchain Trainer—Vellore Location: Vellore, Tamil Nadu Job Type: Full-time/On-site Experience: Minimum 1–2 years as a Blockchain Trainer About the Role We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable blockchain trainer for our Vellore location. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on blockchain technologies to students and professionals, ensuring they gain practical and theoretical expertise in this rapidly evolving field. You will work closely with educational partners and internal teams to design, update, and deliver curriculum that reflects the latest industry trends. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive training sessions on blockchain fundamentals, smart contract development, and blockchain applications to students and professionals. Develop, update, and customize curriculum and training materials to meet the needs of diverse learners and institutional partners. Provide hands-on demonstrations and facilitate practical labs using platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, and Ganache. Assess learning outcomes and provide constructive feedback to participants to ensure skill development. Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and applications in blockchain technology and integrate them into training modules. Collaborate with academic partners and internal stakeholders to understand training requirements and adapt programs accordingly. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and interactive learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of blockchain technologies, including distributed ledgers, consensus mechanisms, and cryptography. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools for blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Java, DAML, Hyperledger, Ganache). Experience developing and deploying smart contracts, preferably on Ethereum or Hyperledger platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Enthusiasm for learning and technology, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a blockchain trainer or in a similar instructional role. Certification in blockchain technologies is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
