Job Summary:

The Head Project Construction & Maintenance (High-Rise)

Key Responsibilities:

High-Rise Construction Management

• Lead execution of

  high-rise residential/commercial towers (G+20 to G+60 and above)

• Manage

  RCC structures, core walls, shear walls, slabs, podiums, and basements

• Oversee

  advanced formwork systems (Mivan/Aluform), climbing formwork, and vertical logistics

• Coordinate with

  architects, structural consultants, faade consultants, and MEP teams

• Ensure adherence to

  approved drawings, method statements, and construction schedules

• Develop and monitor

  project master schedules using Primavera / MS Project

• Control

  project budgets, cash flow, procurement, and subcontracting

• Review

  BOQs, tenders, contracts, rate analysis, and value engineering

• Track milestones, productivity, and cycle time to ensure timely delivery
  
• Head

  post-handover civil maintenance

  of high-rise towers
• Implement

  preventive & breakdown maintenance plans

  for faades, terraces, podiums, and basements
• Monitor

  structural health, waterproofing systems, repairs, and retrofitting

• Coordinate with

  facility management teams, AMCs, and residents’ associations

• Ensure compliance with

  IS Codes, NBC, local building bylaws, fire & life safety norms

• Implement

  QA/QC systems

  for RCC, faade, and finishing works
• Enforce

  high-rise safety practices

  including work-at-height, lifting operations, and crane safety
• Conduct audits, inspections, snag closure, and final quality certifications
  
• Lead and mentor

  large multidisciplinary teams

  (Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Maintenance teams)
• Liaise with

  clients, government authorities, consultants, and senior management

• Prepare and present

  MIS reports, progress dashboards, risk mitigation plans

• Handle contractor negotiations, claims, disputes, and escalations
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in

  high-rise construction & maintenance

• In-depth knowledge of

  RCC structures, faade systems, waterproofing, and finishing

• Project planning, budgeting, and contract management
  
• Leadership of large project teams and multiple towers
  
• Knowledge of

  statutory approvals, safety regulations, and compliance

• Proficiency in

  Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, ERP systems

Industry Preference:

• Real Estate Developers (High-Rise Projects)
