Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - Ecommerce

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our e-commerce business. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing a robust e-commerce strategy that drives market growth, revenue, and profitability. This role requires strategic leadership combined with hands-on operational expertise, financial acumen, and strong stakeholder management to scale the business successfully.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute a clear and actionable e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  
• Define and refine the business model, pricing strategies, and brand positioning to maximize market impact.
  
• Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and resource planning to support strategic goals and growth initiatives.
  

Operational Oversight

• Oversee alignment and collaboration of cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
  
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to guarantee efficiency and superior customer satisfaction.
  
• Drive continuous process improvements and operational innovation to maintain competitive advantage.
  

Financial Management

• Assume full profit and loss (P&L) accountability, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the e-commerce business.
  
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and optimize business performance.
  
• Lead financial planning activities and engage with investors to secure equity funding when necessary.
  

Stakeholder Relations

• Build and nurture strategic partnerships and vendor relationships critical to business success.
  
• Report regularly on strategic and financial progress to the Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.
  

Team & Culture Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
  
• Foster a culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and exceptional customer focus.
  
• Champion talent development initiatives to align team capabilities with evolving business needs.
