Key Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a clear and actionable e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives. Lead capital allocation, budgeting, and resource planning to support strategic goals and growth initiatives. Operational Oversight Oversee alignment and collaboration of cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, technology, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless operations. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to guarantee efficiency and superior customer satisfaction. Drive continuous process improvements and operational innovation to maintain competitive advantage.
