Job Description

Position is for a German MNC into manufacturing of wheel balancing weights and valves based out of Nashik.

Strategic Leadership & Vision: Define and execute the long-term vision for India

business aligned with global strategy, to drive growth

Market & Customer Development: Build strong relationships with customers

(OEMs and Aftermarket) proactively anticipating market needs and delivering

innovative, sustainable solutions. Build up a strong national sales & logistic

network in India.

Financial Growth & Profitability: Drive top-line revenue and bottom-line

profitability with full P&L responsibility focusing on expanding customers, market

share, optimizing product mix and ensuring cost competitiveness.

Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Strengthen relationships with

shareholders, regulators, industry associations, and local communities,

positioning the company as a responsible and respected market leader.

Culture Building & Talent: Forward looking leader with focus on creating a high

performing team embedded in a culture of Trust & Purpose, Collaboration and

intrinsic motivation with a hands-on mindset

Risk Management & Business Continuity: Anticipate and mitigate strategic,

operational, and financial risks, ensuring resilience, supply chain security, and

standards Demonstrated success in driving ESG; waste reduction, appreciation

Operational Context: Appreciation for large scale multi site manufacturing

operations. Appreciation of complex supply chains, logistic, exports, after market

in the backdrop of fast changing geopolitical context.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Work Experience:

- Minimum 20 years of progressive leadership experience, including 5-7 years ina

complete P&L role, ideally for European (German) firms in India or the region.
* Strong track record of delivering growth across revenue, profitability, and

market share with OEMS in India with deep understanding of B2B and

aftermarket

- Appreciation for large scale multi-site manufacturing footprint involving

complex supply chain

- Appreciation for ESG and circularity. Embeds HQ's perspectives & governance

rigor directly into regional operations

- Long term thinker with high adaptability to India's fast changing market

environment in a complex geopolitical context

- Strong People Leadership - People-centric forward thinking leader with ability

to build high-performing teams in a culture rooted in Purpose, Trust, Motivation,

Empowerment.

- Strong ability to align global strategy with Indian operational realities

- Ethical, Transparent, and resilient, hands-on mentality
