As the CEO of the organization, you will play a crucial role in leading the company through its next phase of growth, aiming for a turnover expansion of up to 70% by FY28. Your responsibilities will include driving strategic growth initiatives, overseeing manufacturing operations, managing global client relationships, and much more. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategic growth initiatives such as exploring new markets, product lines, partnerships, and potential mergers and acquisitions. - Oversee the efficient operations of manufacturing across multiple plants, ensuring quality, scalability, and cost efficiency. - Implement best practices such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0, and ESG to enhance operational efficiency. - Take charge of managing P&L, capital allocation, compliance, and corporate governance effectively. - Build and nurture a high-performing leadership team across various functions within the organization. - Strengthen relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 clients, actively represent the company at industry forums, and stay updated on global market trends. Qualifications & Experience: - You should have a proven track record as a CEO/MD/COO in a mid-to-large scale manufacturing company, preferably in the auto components sector. - Possess a minimum of 20 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in strategic growth roles. - Strong knowledge of automotive industry dynamics, global supply chains, and manufacturing technologies is essential. - Hands-on experience with steel-grade products, forging, machining, and heat treatment processes will be considered a strong advantage. - An engineering degree in Mechanical or Industrial field, coupled with an MBA, is preferred for this role.
