Job Title : Chief Content Officer Company : Bisjhintus Private Limited Location : Remote (India) Salary : ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month (Fixed based on experience- No Negotiation) Working Hours: This role requires a commitment of approximately 4 hours per day on weekdays, along with 6 hours spread across Saturday and Sunday, totaling 26+ hours per week Type : Part-Time Experience : 2+ years preferred with (Content+AI+Design) About the Company: Bisjhintus Private Limited is an innovation-driven education platform founded in 2021 by Mrs. Jhintu Adhikari and Mr. Bishop Adhikari. Role Overview: We are hiring a Chief Content Developer (CEO office for part-time) to lead and design our educational content strategy. This hybrid creative-strategic role involves writing , designing , and leading content execution , with a strong focus on AI-driven productivity and visual storytelling . You'll be at the forefront of shaping educational content that is engaging, inclusive, multilingual, and visually compelling across all our platforms, with social media also. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation of content in various formats - articles, videos, quizzes, infographics, and more Design educational content visuals, illustrations, and learning aids using tools like Canva , Figma , or Adobe Illustrator Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc.) to accelerate content development Manage and mentor a remote team of writers, editors, and graphic designers Develop multilingual content with strong localization and cultural alignment Ensure consistency in tone, quality, and educational effectiveness across platforms Analyze performance data to optimize content strategies Collaborate closely with curriculum, UX, and product teams for integrated content experiences Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Education, Design, Communication, or related field 2+ years of experience in content development with a design-first approach Strong proficiency in Canva , Figma , or Adobe Creative Suite Demonstrated experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc. Experience leading creative/content teams and managing workflows Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills Understanding of content accessibility and design best practices Preferred: Experience in edtech or instructional design Familiarity with localization for Indian regional languages Knowledge of content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar) Ability to ideate and produce short-form video scripts and animations Experience designing for children or multilingual educational platforms What We Offer: A strategic leadership role shaping how content educates millions Competitive salary Fully remote, flexible working environment Opportunity to blend creativity, education, and AI innovation A purpose-driven mission to democratize access to high-quality learning content
