The Role

As CCO, you’ll be the chief storyteller

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute a

  multi-channel content strategy

  (written, video, audio, social).
• Lead

  SEO-driven content

  to grow organic traffic and search visibility.
• Oversee production for

  YouTube, Reels/Shorts, Podcasts, LinkedIn, and blogs

  .
• Build and manage a team of writers, editors, video producers, and social media managers.
• Partner with influencers, creators, and thought leaders to expand reach.
• Ensure consistent brand voice across multiple brands in the ecosystem.
• Use data & analytics to optimize content for

  engagement, traffic, shares, and conversions

  .
• Align content with growth, product, and marketing goals to drive business impact.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years leading content/editorial or content marketing teams.
• Proven record of building

  content ecosystems that drive engagement & revenue

  .
• Strong expertise in

  storytelling, SEO, and digital content distribution

  .
• Experience managing

  multi-format content

  : long-form, short-form, video, audio, and social.
• Excellent leadership & collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in

  spirituality, wellness, astrology, or lifestyle content

  .
• Background in running

  multi-brand or multi-platform content operations

  .
• Familiarity with creator/influencer ecosystems.
