Job Description

Summary:
Responsible for leading the entire architectural design function, setting design direction, managing multiple projects, and ensuring high-quality, innovative, and compliant architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design strategy, concept creation, and master planning.
Review and approve all designs, drawings, and technical details.
Guide and mentor the architectural team.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and timely project delivery.
Solve design issues and maintain design integrity during execution.

Skills Required:

Strong leadership & design expertise
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM
Knowledge of building codes & materials
Excellent communication & team management
Creative, detail-oriented & problem-solving attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
