Chief Architect

As a Chief Architect at MicroMitti, you will play a crucial role in leading the architectural vision, design, and execution of premium residential, commercial, and IT infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing innovative and functional architectural designs for luxury projects, ensuring alignment with MicroMitti's brand vision of modern, sustainable, and premium real estate. - Collaborating with urban planners, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and execution. - Overseeing the end-to-end architectural execution of projects, conducting site visits, and providing technical guidance during the construction phase. - Implementing sustainable building practices, energy-efficient designs, and green architecture, while ensuring compliance with LEED, IGBC, and other sustainability certifications. - Ensuring designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and obtaining necessary approvals from authorities. - Leading a team of junior architects, designers, and CAD professionals, presenting design concepts to stakeholders, and coordinating with marketing teams for effective visualization. Key Performance Indicators (KPI): - Design Quality & Innovation: Development of unique, sustainable, and efficient designs. - Project Execution & Timeliness: On-time completion of architectural milestones. - Regulatory Compliance: 100% adherence to building codes and legal regulations. - Sustainability & Efficiency: Implementation of green building and smart technology elements. - Client & Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from clients, investors, and partners. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution of luxury real estate or large-scale infrastructure projects. - Bachelors/Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a reputed institution. - Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and other architectural design software. - Proficiency in urban planning, space utilization, and sustainable architecture. - Experience working with real estate developers, urban infrastructure projects, and large-scale townships. - Knowledge of building codes, regulatory approvals, and environmental sustainability practices. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.,
