Job Summary

As a Chief Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive the companys technological advancements. You will leverage your extensive experience in Java Spring Framework and other technologies to architect robust systems. Your contributions will significantly impact the companys success and societal growth by ensuring efficient and innovative solutions in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and development of complex systems using Java Spring Boot and other technologies to meet business objectives.
Oversee the implementation of design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architectural strategies with business goals.
Ensure the integration of systems using JSON XML and YAML for seamless data exchange.
Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices utilizing tools like Maven and GIT.
Conduct code reviews and testing using JUnit5 to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Optimize system performance and reliability on Linux platforms.
Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities.
Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to improve development processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
Monitor and assess the impact of architectural decisions on the companys strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in Java Spring Framework and related technologies.
Demonstrate proficiency in using Maven JUnit5 and GIT for development and version control.
Exhibit strong understanding of design patterns and their application in software architecture.
Have experience with JSON XML and YAML for data interchange.
Show expertise in Linux environments for system optimization.
Experience in Cards & Payments and Asset & Wealth Management domains is a plus.
