Job Description

Job Title: - Chief Accountant
Reporting:- Director
Location- Mulund
Department:- Accounts & Finance
Education:- Chartered Accountant OR CA Final
Experience:- 8 To 12 Years

Real Estate sector

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily accounting and banking operations.
Manage trade payables, receivables, and cash flow.
Prepare GST/TDS calculations and reconcile sales data.
Finalise accounts and compute taxes for multiple entities.
Prepare provisional balance sheets, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
Ensure ROC, RERA, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with auditors, lenders, and internal teams.
Manage investments, insurance, and related compliances.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
accounts, taxation, and compliance
(Real Estate industry experience required)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC filings, and RERA
Proficiency in accounting software & MS Excel
Leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
