Job Description

Chemical Process Engineer

📍 Location: On-site | 🕒 Job Type: Full-time

Role & Responsibilities:

Perform process simulations to optimize plant performance and efficiency.
Develop and maintain computer models using pipe network analysis software.
Conduct pipe network simulations to evaluate flow, pressure, and system behavior.
Execute hydraulic calculations ensuring accuracy and design reliability.
Visit manufacturing sites to collect data and verify piping layouts and drawings.
Carry out field studies for flow, pressure, and performance assessment.
Research innovative methods and technologies for process improvement.
Analyze data and prepare concise technical reports and recommendations.
Utilize engineering software tools for testing, validation, and project support.
Visit sites with the instrumentation team to monitor system installation and performance.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Attend customer meetings and site visits to provide technical input and solutions.

Qualifications:

🎓 B.E. / M.E. in Chemical Engineering

Experience:
