Job Purpose: 1. Perform competitive intelligence in the domestic market to improve understanding of local competitors. 5. Achieve the annual objectives - Sales, Receivables and Gross Contribution. Development and achievement of annual operating plan and budgets, in terms of revenue, EBITDA and market share. 6. Promote and develop tight integration between planning, logistics and other operations areas and optimize performance in schedule attainment, adherence and on time delivery. 7. Analyze and identify areas for improvement and verify all processes for various sales reports. 8. Ability in addressing operational issues, resolving performance bottlenecks, and achieving desired objectives. 9. Data & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis. Analyze data to identify sales opportunities Investigate lost sales and customer accounts Track, collate and interpret sales figures Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue Develop pricing schedules and rates Assist in the preparation of budgets Control expenses and monitor budgets Maintain inventory control 10. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through working collaboratively with the sales team and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement. 11. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Skills & Competencies Required: 1.
