Job Description

As the Head of M\&A and Capital Advisory, you will drive Tradetronix s strategic investments, fundraising efforts, deal execution, and capital deployment strategy across all verticals. This includes working with both internal portfolio companies and external clients in various stages of their lifecycle from startup funding to acquisition, turnaround, or exits.
This is a high-trust, execution-first role for someone who has closed multiple mid/large-ticket deals and thrives in building end-to-end financial advisory pipelines.
1. Mergers & Acquisitions (M\&A)
Lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution of M\&A opportunities (buy-side/sell-side)
Build and maintain deal pipelines across industries (manufacturing, tech, services, infra)
Lead due diligence (financial, legal, strategic), target valuation, synergy analysis, and deal structuring
2. Capital Advisory & Fundraising
Design and execute capital raising mandates (seed to growth to pre-IPO)
Build investor pitch materials, IMs, data rooms, financial models, and risk-adjusted term sheets
Engage directly with UHNIs, PE/VC funds, family offices, and strategic investors globally
3. Strategic Transactions & Advisory
Advise client companies and internal ventures on strategic equity structuring, ESOPs, cap table modeling, convertible instruments
Drive special situations deals: turnaround capital, bridge financing, debt restructuring
4. Internal Capital Allocation
Work with the CEO/CSEO to allocate capital across Tradetronix verticals and acquired/invested ventures
Monitor portfolio performance, RoI, and strategic alignment
Set up financial dashboards and fund governance models
5. Leadership & Partnership
  • Build and lead a lean team of analysts, deal advisors, and transaction consultants
  • Collaborate with the Head of Legal & Compliance, Head of Intelligence, and Head of AI Systems to streamline due diligence, document review, and modeling via automation
  • Contribute to thought leadership in private equity, M\&A, and cross-border investment spaces
  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8-12 years in investment banking, PE/VC, corporate M\&A, or boutique advisory firms
  • Proven experience closing mid-to-large size deals (\$5M \$100M)
  • Strong modeling, valuation, and negotiation skills
  • Deep network of investors, funds, and transaction professionals
  • Strong written and verbal communication for pitch materials and board-level conversations
  • Good-to-Have:
  • Exposure to cross-border M\&A, startup capital structuring, and distressed asset deals
  • Familiarity with sectors like shipbuilding, real estate, SaaS, FMCG, or manufacturing
  • Hands-on with tools like PitchBook, CapIQ, Docsend, Excel, and AI-enabled research/reporting systems
