Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef located in Pune. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Indian dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all meals meet our high standards of quality and presentation. The Chef will also collaborate in menu planning, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Indian cuisine, including curries, biryanis, and traditional breads
Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
Creativity in menu planning and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree or relevant experience in the culinary field
Passion for authentic Indian cuisine and dedication to high-quality food
