Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Continental Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about European cuisine, capable of preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction through taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes (Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc.) as per menu and standards.
• Ensure consistent taste, portion, and presentation of all food items.
• Develop new dishes and menus in coordination with the Head Chef.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during service hours.
• Maintain inventory and requisition supplies as needed.
• Ensure the highest hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI guidelines).
• Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food wastage and implement cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas.
