Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our team at MARRIOTT BONVOY in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of food supplies and ingredients, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to food safety and quality control.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a chef de parti or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods, working in a fast-paced environment.
