Job Description

Job Title:

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and reduce wastage.
Support and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food service during operations.
Follow rotational shift schedules and adapt to peak business hours.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a
CDP
in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends.
