Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manali for a Chef de Partie (CDP). In this role, you will oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared according to the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include food preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring proper stock levels. You will also be expected to assist in training junior staff and maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen environment.

• Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques
• Ability to manage kitchen operations and oversee a specific station efficiently
• Experience in menu planning and maintaining stock levels
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent team collaboration and leadership abilities
• Creativity and passion for food, particularly in baking, coffee preparation, and brunch menus
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
