Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Baker at Sabali Cafe, located in Manali. The Baker will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, with a specialization in bread and cake, pastries, and viennoiserie. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality and consistent products, measuring ingredients, following recipes, maintaining a clean and orderly kitchen, and collaborating with the team to develop new menu items. The Baker will also monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in bakery and baking skills, particularly bread, cake, pastries, and viennoiserie

• Experience in food preparation related to baking

• Familiarity with making various types of bread, cakes, and pastries

• Attention to detail and high standards for food quality

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Previous experience in a bakery or café setting is preferred

• Formal training in baking or culinary arts is a plus
