Manage ingredients, pre-prep items, and daily stock. Follow food safety and quality standards (FSSAI guidelines). Serving & Customer Interaction Serve desserts to walk-in customers with politeness and accuracy. Guide customers about menu items when required. Maintain quick service time during peak hours. Packaging & Takeaway Order Pack desserts neatly and securely according to brand standards. Handle Swiggy/Zomato orders efficiently. Ensure correct labeling and order accuracy. Outlet Operations Maintain daily cleanliness of the kitchen and front area. Manage billing counter when required. Maintain temperature logs, stock logs, and daily opening/closing procedures. Assist in stock replenishment and vendor coordination when needed. Follow SOPs and report to the outlet manager/owner. Required Skills Basic knowledge of food preparation (desserts preferred).
