Timing— 12 pm to 12 am. - 15000 Fixed Salary 3 pm to 3 am - 17000 Fixed Salary Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, disciplined, staff member who can handle dessert preparation, food operations, serving, and packaging, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the outlet. Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Production Prepare Be. Laban’s signature Arabic desserts as per standard recipes. Maintain hygiene, freshness, and consistency in all dessert preparations. Manage ingredients, pre-prep items, and daily stock. Follow food safety and quality standards (FSSAI guidelines). Serving & Customer Interaction Serve desserts to walk-in customers with politeness and accuracy. Guide customers about menu items when required. Maintain quick service time during peak hours. Packaging & Takeaway Order Pack desserts neatly and securely according to brand standards. Handle Swiggy/Zomato orders efficiently. Ensure correct labeling and order accuracy. Outlet Operations Maintain daily cleanliness of the kitchen and front area. Manage billing counter when required. Maintain temperature logs, stock logs, and daily opening/closing procedures. Assist in stock replenishment and vendor coordination when needed. Follow SOPs and report to the outlet manager/owner. Required Skills Basic knowledge of food preparation (desserts preferred). Ability to follow recipes and maintain product consistency. Customer service skills. Clean, disciplined, and punctual. Ability to handle rush hours calmly. Basic understanding of hygiene standards. Team-player attitude. Eligibility Experience in cafés, dessert shops, Arabic dessert kitchens, or QSR outlets is preferred. Freshers with interest in learning dessert-making may also apply. Should be able to read basic English/Hindi/Kannada. Age: 18–35.
