Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie located in Dehradun. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supervising kitchen brigade in the absence of the head chef, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, assisting in menu planning and development, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training junior staff members. The role requires a strong dedication to excellence and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

Experience in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen
Skills in menu development and inventory management
Ability to supervise and train kitchen staff
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
