Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef de Partie specializing in Indian Cuisine located in Amritsar. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes in their specialty area, ensuring quality and consistency. Daily duties include overseeing kitchen operations for Indian cuisine, maintaining high standards of hygiene, coordinating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, and training and mentoring junior chefs. Additional responsibilities include contributing to menu planning and ensuring food items are prepared within established timelines.
