Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie (Continental) at The Wave Goa, located in Goa, India. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality continental dishes, ensuring that meals are presented beautifully and consistently. Tasks include maintaining kitchen hygiene, assisting in menu planning, managing inventory and stock, and training junior kitchen staff. The role requires maintaining food safety standards and collaborating closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing, cooking, and presenting continental cuisine
• Experience in kitchen management, inventory control, and food safety standards
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and maintenance
• Ability to assist in menu planning and execution
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality environment
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
• Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices is a plus
